About these tools and guides
Strumfy is a free resource for people learning to play guitar and accompany songs. The tools cover the jobs that come up every practice session: tuning, finding a chord shape, moving a song to a better key with the transposer or a capo, working out what key a song is in, seeing scales on the fretboard and keeping time with a metronome.
The guides are written for adults who are starting out or coming back to the guitar after a break. They focus on what actually makes the difference in the first months β clean chord changes, steady rhythm and understanding how songs are put together β rather than exercises for their own sake.
